UNISSA Launches Cultural Day Programme to Preserve Artistic Heritage

Gadong: Sultan Sharif Ali Islamic University, UNISSA, continues its efforts to preserve and develop artistic and cultural heritage through its Cultural Day Programme. Held in conjunction with the 42nd National Day of Brunei Darussalam, the programme was officially launched on the morning of February 9 at the University's Auditorium. The event was inaugurated by Dato Seri Setia Doctor Haji Norarfan bin Haji Zainal, the Rector of UNISSA.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the four-day programme will feature various activities, including workshops on making dastar and sinjang, as well as an Oratory Competition. The events are scheduled to take place from 8 in the morning until 4:30 in the afternoon at the UNISSA Auditorium and Gymnasium, Gadong Campus.
