Tanjong bunut kanan: The Public Works Department, Ministry of Development, informed the public that there has been a decrease in water supply in the Tanjong Bunut Kanan tank due to an electricity supply disruption at the Tanjong Bunut Kanan Pump Station since 18th February 2026.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the Department of Electrical Services is currently conducting maintenance work to restore the electricity supply. The areas likely to experience water supply disruptions include Kampung Tanjong Bunut, Kampung Tanjong Bunut Kanan, Kampung Selayun, the shopping centre next to Simpang 1280, Simpang 1244, part of Kampung Jangsak Simpang 842, and its surrounding areas.

The department assured that efforts are being made to restore the water supply to normal levels as soon as possible after the electricity supply is fully restored.
