Bandar seri begawan: Water tank valve replacement works at the Bukit Barun water treatment plant, specifically at stages four and five, are scheduled to begin on the 25th of November starting from 9 PM.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the Public Works Department has indicated that the valve replacement process will take approximately 12 hours. This operation is expected to cause disruptions in water supply or result in low water pressure in several areas.

The areas anticipated to be affected include Mukim Berakas ‘A’, Mukim Berakas ‘B’, parts of Mukim Kota Batu, Mukim Gadong ‘A’, Mukim Gadong ‘B’, Mukim Lumapas, Mukim Pangkalan Batu, Mukim Kilanas, Mukim Kianggeh, and surrounding regions. Residents can request water tankers by contacting Talian Darussalam at 1-2-3. Additionally, blue tanks will be made available at several locations to assist those affected.
