Bandar seri begawan: The Royal Customs and Excise Department, in collaboration with the Law Enforcement Division, recently carried out a coordinated operation alongside the Royal Brunei Armed Forces and Royal Brunei Police Force in Kampung Menunggol.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the operation led to the discovery of a considerable amount of contraband, comprising 1,110 cartons of cigarettes and 108 bottles and two cans of alcoholic drinks. Additionally, authorities found two boats and engines that are suspected to have been used in smuggling activities.
