Bandar seri begawan: The 15th Joint Working Group Meeting between the Ministry of Education, Brunei Darussalam and the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Singapore provided a platform for both nations to discuss key education developments, review ongoing collaboration, and explore new areas for future partnership in education. The meeting was held recently in the Republic of Singapore.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the meeting was co-chaired by Doctor Shamsiah Zuraini Kanchanawati binti Haji Tajuddin, Permanent Secretary for Core Education, and Lim Wan Yong, Permanent Secretary for Education at the Ministry of Education, Republic of Singapore. This year, both ministries exchanged best practices and discussed matters on Greening Education, Artificial Intelligence, Education Tourism, and Education for Environmental Sustainability, among others.
In addition, the delegation had the opportunity to conduct working visits to Elias Park Primary School and Yusof Ishak Secondary School.
