Bandar seri begawan: His Majesty met with His Excellency Pham Minh Chinh, Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, at the Headquarters of the Government Office. The discussions highlighted the Comprehensive Partnership signed during the Vietnamese Prime Minister’s Official Visit in 2023. His Majesty emphasized the substantial progress achieved through the Plan of Action, which has facilitated deeper collaborations in trade and people-to-people exchanges, as well as collaborations in food and energy security.

According to Radio Television Brunei, His Majesty recognized Viet Nam as a key energy partner and expressed appreciation for the joint ventures established over the years. Additionally, His Majesty conveyed Brunei Darussalam’s readiness to advance cooperation in agriculture and aquaculture and anticipated enhancing bilateral relations in strategic areas in the future.
