Bandar seri begawan: The speakers and international delegates attending the conference were honored at an Official Dinner organized by the Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism. The event, held in collaboration with the Department of Fisheries, the Institute for Biodiversity and Environmental Research at Universiti Brunei Darussalam, the Maritime and Ports Authority Brunei Darussalam, and Poni Group Sendirian Berhad, served as a platform to celebrate and acknowledge the contributions of the attendees.
According to Radio Television Brunei, Dayang Hajah Tutiaty binti Haji Abdul Wahab, the Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism, was present at the event. The three-day conference aims to strengthen regional and international cooperation, enhance the sharing of marine knowledge and technology, and promote innovation and sustainable practices across the fisheries, aquaculture, and blue economy sectors.
