Kampung jangsak: A Khatam Al-Qur'an ceremony was conducted by the Jubli Perak Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mosque Takmir Committee in Kampung Jangsak. The event took place at the mosque on the late afternoon of March 9th.

According to Radio Television Brunei, His Excellency Datuk Mohd Aini bin Atan, the Malaysian High Commissioner to Brunei Darussalam, was present at the ceremony. The event also featured a donation presentation to 21 selected orphans from Kampung Jangsak.
