Bandar seri begawan: The Ministry of Education, through the Department of Special Education and the Entrepreneurship Innovation Centre, organized a Reading of Surah Yasin and Tahlil Ceremony at the Royal Mausoleum. This event was held in memory of Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Al-Marhumah Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit, and Al-Marhum His Royal Highness Prince Haji 'Abdul 'Azim.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the ceremony was led by Doctor Haji Azman bin Ahmad, Permanent Secretary for Higher Education at the Ministry of Education. This gathering is part of the Ministry's annual religious activities aimed at celebrating the month of Ramadhan while seeking blessings and mercy from Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala.
