Bandar seri begawan: The Ministry of Home Affairs, along with its departments, organized a Nuzul Al-Qur'an Celebration, spearheaded by the Fire and Rescue Department on the afternoon of March 11. The event was themed 'Strengthening the Learning of Al-Qur'an and Internalising Its Teachings' and took place at the Ministry's premises.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the ceremony was attended by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Ahmaddin bin Haji Abdul Rahman, Minister of Home Affairs. A significant part of the event was a talk on 'Messages of Ramadhan and Nuzul Al-Quran,' delivered by Doctor Mikdar Rusdi, a Senior Assistant Professor from the Faculty of Usuluddin at Seri Begawan Religious Teachers University College. The talk aimed to enhance understanding of the Al-Qur'an's history and the lessons that can be drawn from the revelation of the words of Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala.
