Bandar seri begawan: The Ministry of Finance marked the Ilal Hijrah with a special ceremony organized by its Human Resource Development and Corporate Affairs Division. The event was attended by prominent figures including Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Mohd Amin Liew bin Abdullah, the Second Minister of Finance.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the ceremony featured a special talk titled ‘Hijrah Penyelamat Akidah’ delivered by Awang Isham bin Ismail, the Head of the Youth Religious Programme Secretariat from the Islamic Da’wah Centre. The event is part of the ministry’s annual activities, which aim to commemorate Ilal Hijrah and strengthen ties within the ministry.
The ceremony also saw the presence of Pengiran Datin Seri Paduka Hajah Zety Sufina binti Pengiran Dato Paduka Haji Sani, the Deputy Minister of Finance, highlighting the significance of the event in fostering community and unity within the ministry.
