Kampung manggis dua: The Brunei Darussalam Women's Council commenced its Tadarus Opening Ceremony on the morning of February 20th at Kampung Manggis Dua. The event featured a recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah led by the council's Vice President One, Pengiran Datin Paduka Hajah Mariam binti Pengiran Haji Matarsat.

According to Radio Television Brunei, members of the Brunei Darussalam Women's Council's Governing Board and representatives from various associations participated in the event by reading Surah Al Baqarah. The ceremony also included a tahlil ceremony, marking a spiritual gathering for the participants and attendees.
